CGH（Comparative genomic hybridization：比較基因組雜交）是檢查全部的染色體（共24個染色體）是否正常（Screens all 24 chromosomes of chromosomal problems）
CGH比傳統(tǒng)的FISH（5個染色體檢查）方法更準(zhǔn)確和詳細(xì)。
1.“CGH”（24個當(dāng)色休檢查）：檢查全部的染色體，所以會知道全部的24個染色體是否正常。
2.“FISH（Fluorescent in-situ Hybridization:熒光原位雜交）”（5個染色體檢查）：只檢查5個染色體，其他的染色體（24-5=19個當(dāng)染色體）沒有檢查。
3.“PCR（Polymerase Chain Reaction:聚合本科鏈反應(yīng)）”（適合患者有遺傳疾?。┲粫z查幾個染色體。

在胚胎植入的過程當(dāng)中，CGH會增加胚胎健康的機(jī)會比率，Increases the chance of only a healthy embryo being transferred into the uterus
